Do you ship to PO boxes?
For orders that are shipped within Australia, we ship to PO Boxes.
For orders that are shipped internationally with DHL to countries such as New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Canada etc, we are unable to ship to both PO boxes or Military addresses. Please ensure that you have a suitable address available. 

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customs clearance may delay the shipping process, this is totally out of our control, Golden Whisper cannot be held responsible for these delays.
All International packages are shipped DDU (Duties & Taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees may be, if applicable at all. We recommend contacting your country's custom office for an estimated charges & rates on packages coming from overseas.

Australian Post is our domestic carrier who passes it onto other carriers for international orders.
By purchasing a products with Golden Whisper, you agree to all terms and conditions stated.

Dispatch Times
All stocked items will be dispatched within 1-3 days from the date the order was placed. Some pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so.
* Please note that all orders will be sent during our operating times of Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
* If you need an order safe dropped, you will need to select safe drop via your Australia Post tracking portal.
* Please note there may be a delay of up to 2 days during our peak sales periods.
* Shipping days do not include public holidays.
