Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us.! Below is our return and refund policy:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@goldenwhisper.com.au If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. And you will be provided with store credit. Store credit is valid for 3 months.
We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.
We are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

Return Period:
You have 14 days from the date you received your parcel to initiate a return.
Damage and issues :
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a refund for any damaged products.
- 360 degree uncut parcel unboxing video is must to claim any damage or missing items during shipping.
Store credit:
- If you encounter a problem with sizes ( bracelets & rings) we will issue a store voucher instead of refund. This voucher can be used for future purchases.
No Refunds for Change of Mind:
- Please note that we do not offer refunds and exchange for change of mind.
Non refundable items :
- We do not provide exchanges or refunds for sale items. Additionally, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any purchases unless item is faulty. And if there is problem in size we offer store credit, which will be valid for three months.
